​Payment is due at the beginning of each treatment session by cash or cheque. A receipt is issued for each payment.







• A list of currently prescribed medications.

• For sports therapy treatment, light clothing (e.g. t-shirt/shorts) is recommended.

• For massage treatments, prior GP written consent is required for any of the following conditions: Cardiovascular conditions (thrombosis, heart conditions); oedema; psoriasis or eczema; high blood pressure; osteoporosis; cancer; nervous or psychotic conditions; heart problems (angina, pacemakers); epilepsy; diabetes.

• If you have a cold or fever, it is recommended you re-arrange your appointment

We also offer gift certificates for massage therapy which are thoughtful gifts, benefitting the health of your loved ones. These can also be used as pre-paid cards for your own massage treatments. Simply call or send us an Email with:

You will then need to send a cheque to the address below (payable to 'Lincs Sports Therapy') for the amount you would like putting on the certificate. Once your cheque has been received, we will post the certificate to you. The certificate can then be used at any time, in any of the amounts listed above - you don't have to use it all at once. It is encouraged to use your gift certificate within 6 months from the date of purchase.
